Refunds & Returns
At Crystal & Lux, we want you to love your new lighting. If something isn’t quite right, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and stress-free.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In their original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
3. How to Start a Return
Email our support team at support@crystalandlux.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos or documentation if the item is damaged or incorrect
Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to damage, defects, or an error on our part.
4. Return Approval
Once your request is approved, we’ll send detailed instructions on where and how to ship your item.
- If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we may send a replacement without requiring the original item back, or provide a prepaid return label.
5. Packaging Requirements
Items must be packed securely in their original box (or a similar protective package) to avoid damage in transit.
6. Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
7. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item, or notice damage or defects, contact us right away so we can make it right.
8. Exchanges
For exchanges, please reach out to our support team. We’ll guide you through the process and handle requests on a case-by-case basis.
9. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
10. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
11. Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please contact us at support@crystalandlux.com so we can assist.
