Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery and estimate its arrival time.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take utmost care in packaging and delivering your orders, unforeseen circumstances such as lost or damaged packages can occur. In the unfortunate event that this happens, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Wrong Address:
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Change Of Address:
If your item hasn't yet been shipped, you may change your delivery address by emailing customer support at support@crystalandlux.com. Please note that we are not obligated to ensure changes to the delivery address after the item has been delivered.
