Shipping Costs

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, including all 50 states.

Processing and Delivery Times

Handling Time: 0 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery and know exactly when to expect it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging and shipping every order. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at support@crystalandlux.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the purchase amount excluding shipping fees. You may then place a new order with the correct address.
  • If your order has not shipped yet, you can request an address change by emailing us atΒ  support@crystalandlux.com. Once shipped, we are unable to reroute packages.
